Opening hours
The reception is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Please understand that check-in is open up to 10 p.m. at the latest.
Rooms are usually available starting from 2 p.m. It is still possible to leave your luggage at the reception and proceed with the registration prior to this time.
Check-out is at 10 a.m. at the latest. Guests who want to check-out later should inform the reception at the very least on the night prior and might be charged with an additional fee.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served from 8 a.m to 10 a.m.
In order to enter the breakfast room, each guest will be asked to show the breakfast voucher.
If you don’t have a voucher, please request it at the reception first.
Parking area
Our hotel has a limited number of parking spots. Depending on our daily availability, guests will be able to reserve a parking spot while checking-in.
Please contact the hotel to know the cost of the service.
Attention: please remember to return the remote control for the barrier gate before leaving the hotel.

Notice for smokers
Hotel Moderno is a 100% smoke-free hotel where all rooms are non-smoking rooms.
Smoking inside the rooms will set off the fire alarm, which in turn will trigger the opening of the fire rated hatch. If that were to happen, authorities will be contacted and the client will be charged with a €180 fee.
Smoking on the balcony is allowed. However, for security reasons, guests are asked not to place the ashtray on the table, but directly on the ground instead.

The hotel aims to protect the environment by buying renewable energies. We kindly ask you to do your part.
How to help:
⇒ Re-use towels and only leave them on the floor when you wish to replace them.
⇒ Always remember to turn off the lights, the television and the air conditioner before exiting the room.
⇒ Leave glass or plastic bottles outside of the trash bin, so that the staff can put the rubbish in the appropriate reciclying bins.

Bar service
The bar on the reception floor is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
The fridge in the hall is open at all hours, so even after 10 p.m. clients will be able to serve themselves with the available beverages. The bill can be settled on the morning of the following day.
Beach facilities
Our hotel offers discounted beach beds and umbrellas at a nearby beach. Beach vouchers can be requested at any time at the reception.

Bike rental
Thanks to an affiliation with a bike rental, guests can rent bikes at the cost of €6 per day.
Bikes are rented out in perfect conditions. Guests are entirely responsible for any damage and will be charged with an additional fee.
Mini-bar
A mini-bar can be requested at the cost of €5 per day.
